Skilled worker job opportunities at Adjustment Job Fairs. Waterloo Wellington Training & Adjustment Board
Skilled worker job opportunities at Adjustment Job Fairs.
The aim of this pilot project is to simultaneously meet the skill needs of local employers and support the rapid re-employment of adjusted workers.

When a plant announces its closure or downsizing, an adjustment committee may be set up that helps the affected employees secure future employment.

This project will link those committees, and the workers they represent, to employers in the Waterloo Wellington area who have expressed an interest in connecting with, and utilizing the skills of, these affected workers.
